Developed from elements of the famous Spine Surgery Simulator (its “grand brother”) and with the advices of several world-class spine specialists, the MISPINE is a top-notch workshop model for Minimally Invasive Surgery (percutaneous and mini-open).

Its lateral window gives the possibility to visualize the inside of the mannequin while operating (1). But at the opposite of the current transparent MIS models used for demonstration in the spine market, the MISPINE remains extremely realistic thanks to its soft tissue top cover, which has the same characteristics as a real human back in terms of look and texture. The window is reinforced with a resin frame to avoid all risk of sagging during the operation.

The MISPINE is endowed with 2 special pre-incisions: one for percutaneous (on the window side) and one for mini-open (2). These pre-incisions will highly facilitate your workshops, not only because they enable you to reach easily the pedicles, but also because the inside of these incisions is extremely smooth, which will prevent your instruments from ripping the foam that constitute the soft tissues.

Having a good simulator is great. But being able to carry it with you all around the world, from a congress to another, that's even better! This simple and logical statement led us, since the early moments of the development process, to give the MISPINE a compact design. With its 34x22x18 dimensions, it will easily enter your bags and cases for travelling (3).

At last, the MISPINE is the first simulator of our ranges which allows you to remove the spine from the mannequin itself, thanks to a new holder device situated beneath the model (4). Whenever you need it, you just have to turn the MISPINE over and take the holder out. This is very useful if you have to change the current spine for another model (pre-drilled or not, X-ray Opac,…) between two operations.
